The 2020 edition will explore critical issues under the theme, ‘The Cultural Economy and the Economy of Culture’.

The forum will bring together cultural leaders, practitioners and experts from the fields of art, heritage, museums, media and technology to generate new strategies and thinking and identify ways in which culture can transform societies and communities worldwide.

The Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) will partner with leading international arts, technology and media organisations to bring cultural leaders, artists, and performers to Abu Dhabi for an extraordinary forum of knowledge exchange, debate, creativity and policy development - offering plenary sessions and workshops interspersed with art, dance, spoken word and other creative presentations.
