15th Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit 2024 features the Beach House Restaurant collaborating with the Michelin Star Chef Alessandro Tormolino, owner and Executive Chef at Sensi Restaurant in Amalfi, Executive Chef Daniele Gialluisi and Chef De Cuisine Nicola Diellain Abu Dhabi.

 Chef Tormolino and our team will bring their extraordinary culinary expertise to our restaurant as part of the 15th Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit, offering guests an exclusive opportunity to experience the finest in Italian cuisine. During the three-day collaboration, the culinary maestros will present an exclusive 6-course menu, crafted to highlight the authentic flavors of Southern Italy.

The dinner is priced at AED 490 per person, and this exclusive dining experience will be offered at Beach House Restaurant, allowing the guests to enjoy the experience with a beautiful view of the pristine Saadiyat Beach and its serene waters. Guests will be treated to a culinary journey through Italy's coastal regions, from Amalfi to Puglia, through an extraordinary menu, accompanied by expertly paired wines. Some of the items on the menu will be Lobster Carpaccio and Tagliatella Di Calamari to start, followed by Spaghetti with Clams and Lemon and Risotto with Braised Veal Cheek and Truffle.

For the main course, guests can enjoy Sea Bass in a Salt Crust, and for dessert, a refreshing Lemon Semifreddo and a selection of Italian Pastries. These are just a few of the exquisite dishes featured in this dining experience.
