The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi invites F&B operators, retailers, and entrepreneurs to activate select forts in Liwa during December 2025.

This is a unique opportunity to revive heritage and deliver authentic Emirati experiences in a setting that captures the spirit of the past and inspires visitors through the essence of traditional life. Concepts should highlight Emirati identity through traditional cuisine, local products, and heritage crafts—presented in a way that reflects the richness of our culture and the soul of the place.
