Take a trip to the movies and beat the heat this summer in Abu Dhabi! The Embassy of the Republic of Korea will be hosting the third Korean Film Festival in the UAE, as a part of the Year of Tolerance.

The festival will open with a film screening of 'Innocent Witness (증인)", and other selected films such as 'Romang (로망)', and Emirati film 'Nearby Sky' which will showcase the lives of minorities in society, with an aim to share the great values of tolerance.

This year also marks the 100th anniversary of the March 1st Independence Movement and Establishment of the Korean Provisional Government. Therefore, Korean films such as 'MAL·MO·E: The Secret Mission (말모이)' and 'A Resistance (항거:유관순 이야기)' will also be screened to commemorate the historic events.
