As part of the educational programme of Al Ain National Museum, the month of June 2018 is dedicated to highlight an Embossed Pottery Bowl that dates back to the late Islamic period, indicating a trade exchange between inhabitants of the region and other communities at the time.

Centered on the artistry of this Bowl, specialised workshops will be held for families on the first and second days of Eid Al Fitr in the following timings:

• 11:00am - 11:30 am 
• 1:00pm - 1:30 pm 
• 3:00pm -3:30 pm

A special workshop will also be held marking the Year of Zayed in the following timings:

• 12:00pm -12:20 pm 
• 2:00pm - 2:20 pm 
• 4:00pm -4:20 pm  

Note: The workshops are held on the second and the third day of the Eid holidays.
