The cultural programme of the ' Qasr Al Watan Library' seeks to exploit the efforts of the pioneers of cultural work in the State, the Gulf States and other Arab countries.

The Library's plans include the implementation and hosting of three programmes, the first of which is the 'Award-Winning Author' programme. The second programme is called 'Cross-border Literature', where an Arab host or foreign writer is invited to establish a direct dialogue with talents outside regular training workshops. Lastly, 'Creative Pens' specialises in creative writing training, and runs for three days each month.

The goal of this programme is to serve the 'Dar Al Kuteb' sector, effective in achieving success and development in the UAE's cultural scene, as well as a serving platform for just about anyone that loves exploring cultures.
