The National Festival of Tolerance will feature inclusive public events and outcome-oriented forums.

This year’s nine-day annual festival is a national occasion to celebrate the ‘International Day for Tolerance’ and promotes the values of tolerance, coexistence and human fraternity based on Zayed's legacy. It is organised by the Ministry of Tolerance in cooperation with several federal, local and private bodies and in active participation with the executive councils in all emirates of the country.

It will provide ample opportunity for everyone to appreciate the value of difference and diversity through activities across culture, art, music, sport and other aspects that contribute to the vibrant tapestry of the UAE.

The event will include a week of community activities and artistic and intellectual activities aimed at raising awareness, while celebrating the nation's peace and harmony.

The Ministry of Tolerance is the ministry for all. This is best reflected in the festival's activities, which include activities for citizens and residents, men and women, youth and the elderly, people of determination, foreign workers, ministries, agencies, companies and organisations.

In line with the ‘UAE Vision 2021’, the Ministry of Tolerance aims to draw a roadmap from making tolerance a national value of the UAE to the world.
