Calling all fashion enthusiasts!

The Al Qattara Arts Centre will open its doors to visitors to attend its first artistic heritage event celebrating the world of fashion and jewellery.

The 'Makhaweer' programme event will be hosted by a number of expert designers from the fashion and jewellery industry - how glamorous is that?! This event aims to introduce visitors to the fashion styles and trends followed by Emirati women over the years, from the past all the way to the present day.

Expert designers that will be featured in the event include:

- Shamsa Al Muhairi, Heritage and Traditional Fashion
- Aisha Al-Jabri, Heritage Jewellery
- Mona Al Muhairi, UAE Abayas
