The two-day conference features academics, researchers, and experts from GCC universities and relevant institutions and departments in the field of heritage and oral history, in addition to specialists in social sciences and history.

The conference aims to preserve the authentic heritage shared among GCC countries, and consolidate the assets and common efforts exerted in the protection and preservation of heritage, as well as enhance its ethical legacy. It will also highlight the efforts of Sheikh Zayed in the protection of heritage, as an essential component of national identity.
