The dinner offers an unforgettable gastronomic experience in Abu Dhabi at the French restaurant ‘Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard,’ where the two culinary maestros will present a six-course menu, each dish a testament to their innovative and refined culinary styles.
Guests will embark on a flavorsome journey starting with a delectable amuse- bouche, followed by Chef Isnard’s signature “Modern Onion Soup” and Chef Turac’s version of the classic “Aioli.” Highlights of the evening include Chef Turac’s red mullet “Bouille-Abaisse” and Chef Isnard’s sweetbread & octopus fricassee with a “Saigon” sauce.
