Overview
City Circles Talk
Part of the City Circles programme by Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, this talk explores how architecture responds to some of the world’s most demanding environmental conditions.
Across regions shaped by extreme heat, intense sunlight and limited resources, design must go beyond aesthetics, responding intelligently to climate, material, and place.
Bringing together leading architects, this session explores how contemporary practices are redefining these challenges as opportunities for innovation. From sustainable construction methods to climate-responsive design strategies, the conversation highlights how architecture can be both responsible and deeply rooted in its environment.
